We can build on a lot you already own or buy on your own or we are more than happy to help you find the perfect lot. We have fully licensed real estate professional in-house on staff.
What If There is an Existing Home On the Property?
We offer demolition services as well. We can tear down and build anew.
I Already Have Blueprints of My Own Design, Can You Work With Those?
Yes! We are more than happy to build a home you have designed on your own.
What If I Am Not A Florida Resident. How Can I Monitor My Build If I Am Not There Locally?
We work through a program called Buildertrend. You will have your own login and access to monitor every step of the project. It is very easy to use.
How Long Does it Take To Build a Home?
Every home is different. We are happy to schedule a consultation based on design, location, and customizations and at that point can give you an idea of timeframe.
